Grouped milestones

Overview

Grouped milestones builds on the dynamic milestones feature and adds the capability to extend to further milestones. This improves the usability of the milestones list for both agents and clients by grouping milestones that are related to each other, breaking up long lists and making it easier to see what's been done.

We've allowed for two levels of grouping, so you'll have top level groups, like "Onboarding" and then you could have subgroups within that like "Client ID Check" that could contain other milestones.

This feature allows for more dynamic milestone features in future like milestones linked to individual clients on the conveyance (i.e a milestone for each Client's ID Check).


Dynamic Milestones

Overview

Previously the milestones that were generated for new conveyances were a static list from the codebase. This update brings the milestones into our database, allowing us to add new milestones rapidly and without needing to update the codebase. Milestones aren now generated dynamically based on the specific details of the conveyance.This update allows us to add more dynamic milestone features in the future including grouped milestones, milestones linked to individual clients on the conveyance, and the ability for an agent to add their own milestones to the conveyance.
